Intimacy coaching that meets you where you are.
My Clients
I work with people who are ready—or even just curious—to reclaim their sexuality, reconnect with their bodies, and rewrite the stories they’ve been told about pleasure, power, and intimacy.
Many of my clients grew up in environments where sexuality was buried under guilt, shame, or silence. Some were taught their bodies were problems to manage, their desires were dangerous, and pleasure was something to fear. Others simply never got permission to explore what they actually want or even ask the question.
Some struggle with intimacy or arousal, repeating relational or sexual patterns they’re ready to break, a longing for deeper connection with themselves or a partner, or the desire for spiritually-integrated intimacy that honors both erotic and emotional connection.
My Focus Areas
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating:
Deconstructing restrictive religion and belief systems (Mormon, evangelical, conservative Christianity, purity culture) and rebuilding spirituality rooted in their own values and embodied wisdom
Reclaiming sexual agency and building a relationship with their body rooted in pleasure, not shame
Navigating life transitions—relationship and friendship endings, grief and loss, rebuilding their life, and seeking support to trust themselves through it
Partnerships and couples looking to deepen emotional and physical intimacy
People practicing polyamory or non-monogamy who want embodied, consent-based relationships
Building the nervous system capacity to engage in activism and political action without burning out
Methodology & Approach
My approach is rooted in the VITA coaching methodology—integrating tantric and somatic practices, embodiment science, and nervous system work to help you reconnect with your body and reclaim your power. Sessions are personalized and collaborative. We'll identify where you are, where you want to go, and what's blocking you.
Together, we will:
Clarify your desires and goals—sexually, relationally, spiritually—through embodied inquiry and somatic awareness
Unpack internalized shame, fear, and conditioning from religious, cultural, or authoritarian systems
Explore what actually turns you on, what you need to feel safe, and what pleasure means to you
Identify and transform patterns that keep you disconnected from intimacy, agency, or aliveness
Build the capacity to ask for what you want—with clarity, confidence, and compassion
Use somatic tools, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help your body feel safe enough to experience pleasure and power
Integrate practical exercises and embodiment practices designed to deepen self-trust and accelerate transformation
Your journey is yours—shaped by your values, your truth, and your body's own wisdom. What I can promise: you won't leave the same person you arrived as.

Client Results
I can’t promise exactly what you’ll discover—but I can promise you’ll find something that changes everything.
You'll be invited to clarify what you actually want—whether that's healing from religious shame, reconnecting with your sexuality, deepening intimacy in your relationship, learning to trust yourself again, or simply feeling alive in your body for the first time. You'll name your goals. I'll help you work toward them using the VITA methodology—integrating somatic practices, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and the ancient wisdom of tantra to help you reconnect with your erotic energy and remember that pleasure is your birthright.
I promise to meet you with compassion, evidence-based practices, and zero shame. I hold a container that is safe, courageous, and deeply personal.
FAQs
What qualifications do you have?
I am currently earning my VITA coaching certification and will graduate in early 2026. I have also been actively coaching clients for almost two years. I hold bachelor's and master's degrees in English literature, which have trained me to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and help people uncover the narratives shaping their lives. My academic background, combined with my lived experience navigating religious deconstruction and sexual reclaimation, gives me a unique lens for supporting clients through transformation.
Is your methodology safe and proven?
Yes! This work is real, evidence-based, gentle, and safe. It’s practical, grounded, and focused on helping you experience lasting, achievable change—not spiritual bypassing or forced transformation. You’ll never be asked to do anything that feels overwhelming or out of sync with your values.
Are you a licensed sex therapist?
No. I am not a licensed psychotherapist. My work is not a substitute for therapy—it’s a complement to it. While therapy helps you process and heal, I’m here to help you name your goals, remove blocks, and stay accountable as you build the life and intimacy you want. I collaborate with your growth by offering tools, frameworks, and personalized support in a forward-moving, action-oriented container. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. While my work is therapeutically informed, I operate as a coach, providing tools, structure, and guidance to support you in achieving your goals.
Do you do in-person meetings?
No, I conduct all of my meetings via Zoom. Meetings are between 60-90 minutes long.
Do you offer discounted plans?
I understand that investing in yourself can feel hard—especially if this kind of work is new. That’s why I am currently offering sliding-scale and tiered pricing options to make this work accessible across various income levels. I believe that healing, pleasure, and empowerment are not luxuries—they are human rights. Contact me directly to discuss your needs.
